2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. are based on the information available at the time of the estimate.

Quotes may change if:

• Project measurements differ from what was originally provided
• Additional preparation work is required
• Existing concrete conditions require additional repairs
• The scope of work changes

Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. reserves the right to adjust pricing after an on-site inspection if conditions differ from the original estimate.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Deposits and Payments

Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. may require a deposit to schedule a project.

Payment terms may include:

• A scheduling deposit
• Remaining balance due upon completion of work

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit or debit card
• Electronic payment methods

Failure to provide payment according to agreed terms may result in:

• Late payment fees
• Suspension of services
• Legal collection action

4. Scheduling and Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is ready and accessible prior to the scheduled installation date.

Customers must ensure that:

• Vehicles are removed from the work area
• Personal belongings are cleared from the project space
• Pets are secured
• Access to the property is available during the scheduled service time

If our team arrives and the area is not ready, Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. reserves the right to reschedule the project and apply a rescheduling fee if necessary.

5. Project Delays

Project timelines may be impacted by factors outside of our control including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Concrete moisture levels
• Equipment failure
• Supply chain or material availability
• Safety considerations

Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and reschedule work as soon as possible.

6. Concrete Conditions

Concrete is a natural material and may contain:

• Existing cracks
• Surface imperfections
• Moisture issues
• Previous repairs
• Structural movement

While Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. uses professional preparation methods, not all imperfections can be completely removed or prevented.

Certain conditions such as moisture vapor transmission, structural movement, or improper concrete installation may affect coating performance.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Any warranty offered by Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. will be provided in writing within the project service agreement.

Warranty coverage may exclude issues caused by:

• Structural cracking or movement
• Moisture vapor emissions from the concrete slab
• Improper use of the coated surface
• Damage from heavy equipment
• Chemical exposure
• Improper maintenance or cleaning methods

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. for evaluation.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate project details
• Maintain a safe jobsite environment
• Follow care instructions for newly installed coatings
• Allow appropriate curing time before using the coated surface

Failure to follow post-installation care instructions may void any warranty coverage.

9. Safety

Customers must maintain a safe environment during the installation process.

This includes:

• Keeping children away from the work area
• Securing pets away from the project area
• Avoiding contact with tools, equipment, and coating materials

Some coating products may produce temporary odors during installation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of property use
• Business interruption
• Damage caused by pre-existing concrete conditions
• Hidden structural defects in the slab

Surface Kings Epoxy L.L.C.'s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.

12. Privacy
